• Used Revit to prepare as-is/as-built models based on 3D laser scanning point cloud data and available construction documents for the KAFD CONFERENCE CENTER in Saudi Arabia, Kansas City Country Club Plaza, historical buildings such as Joslyn Castle, Kansas City Star, and numerous AMC auditorium and theater models.

• Created templates, parametric families, schedules, and standard start-up files to create consistency and saving time on future projects.

•  Gathers required information and collaborate with engineers and multiple disciplines to develop 3D (BIM) models for foundations and steel structures.

• Leverages Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create plans, drawings, and details.

• Participate in the coordination of systems and creation of BIM-FM (Facility Management) deliverables for use during building operations.

• Created various graphics and rendering of projects for marketing purposes.

• Created various workflows including new hire Revit tutorial workflow.

• Develop tools within Revit such as Dynamo to speed up common tasks.

• 独立完成基于点云数据、施工图纸或竣工图建立的BIM模型。例如利雅得会展中心、堪萨斯城俱乐部广场、全美各地的AMC电影院；历史建筑如堪城星报旧址，乔斯林城堡等。

• 创建Revit模板、参数化族库、清单明细表和标准启动文件，以保证模型的一致性并且节省未来项目的时间

• 协助工程师完成地基以及钢结构或木结构的BIM模型，并利用BIM模型创建平面图，大样图，节点图等。

• 完善BIM模型，帮助BIM模型和FM (设备管理)的对接，以便于业主日后的数字化设备维护管理。

• 室内外渲染，虚拟漫游，建筑动画。

• 总结创建各种建模以及revit插件工作流程和培训材料。例如AMC电影院建模工作流程，revit COBie Toolkit工作流程等。
